The roof on this garage
had all but caved in meaning the joists had been open to the elements for some
time so we had to replace some joists and strengthen and treat the others.
We then re-boarded the
roof and applied new upvc fascias and gutters it was then felted with SBS Torch
on with top layer and edge detail done in green mineral felt.
we also removed a old broken
window and bricked up the opening

Dave replaced our flat
garage roof; he gave us a very fair price for the work and has done a really
great job. Both guys worked solidly on the job, cleared up as they went and
even did a couple of other jobs for us. The work has been guaranteed for 20
years and the garage looks amazing - really great job and nice guys too who
were prepared to go the extra mile, would definitely use D&C again and
would recommend to anyone.
