Mr RobinsonI would like to say how impressed we were with the re-roofing work that you recently carried out at my address. We were first of all pleased to find that you were willing to work under the supervision of our surveyor. Not all firms are willing to do this, but I felt that it gave both you and me a great deal of security. We were then delighted to find that you started work when you said you would, and worked as quickly as possible despite the dreadful weather. Your staff were very pleasant and tidy. Finally, our surveyor was very impressed by the quality of your work. Thank you very much indeed
